United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) Bangladesh and H&M Group have signed a deal today (14 June) at the UNDP Bangladesh office to work on climate action and help Bangladesh to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
H&M Group, one of the largest fashion retailers in the world, and the Bangladesh Garment Manufacturers and Exporters Association (BGMEA) have entered into a partnership to collaborate in achieving shared goals around sustainability in the garment sector.
H&M Foundation, the philanthropic arm of H&M Group, has announced it is to donate 250,000 dollars to the Red Cross/Red Crescent to support their efforts in responding to Cyclone Mocha.
