Footsteps Bangladesh, a progressive development organization, has launched its inaugural Britto Scholarship Program to support students from marginalized families in pursuing higher education at top public universities in Bangladesh. The scholarship award ceremony, held on July 2, 2024, at the Edward M. Kennedy Center (EMK), was attended by notable figures including Shannon West, Interim Director of British Council Bangladesh, journalist and singer Elita Karim, Tajdin Hassan, Chief Marketing Officer at The Daily Star, as well as trustees and advisors of Footsteps.
