In a significant move to support those affected by recent social unrest, BRAC Bank has announced the allocation of Tk 2 crore from its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) fund. This contribution is earmarked for the medical treatment of students and other individuals who were injured during the recent movement for social justice in Bangladesh.
Brac Bank and Gram Unnayan Karma (GUK), a prominent non-government development organization, have strengthened their partnership to support marginalized farmers in the remote char areas of Dhunat, Bogura. This renewed collaboration, which is part of a specially designed corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative, aims to enhance agricultural productivity and economic self-sufficiency through the introduction of innovative agricultural technology and know-how.
