Stitch for RMG Global Innovation Challenge was designed to involve and facilitate startups, social enterprises, innovative businesses and scalable business ideas by innovators. Any individual or organisation who want to test out any extension of their existing idea/business/solution is encouraged to apply, as long as their pitch benefits the future of the Bangladeshi RMG industry and its women workers.
This initiative was launched with the goal of securing the livelihood of women garment workers in Bangladesh, to future-proof their livelihood in the face of more automation, as well as improve the Bangladeshi garment factories in terms of performance, sustainability, or any other aspects.
