Competitors took part in three different distances of 25 km, 10 km and 5 km, said a press release.
This year the event was held with a total of 650 runners from 12 countries.
Participants from various countries included Bangladesh, India, Sri Lanka, Canada, America, England, Sweden, Switzerland, France, Netherlands, Russia, and the United Kingdom (Wales).
Khandakar Kibria was first in the 25km (male) marathon, followed by Imon Hossain as runner-up and Shahin Alam second runner-up.
Golam Rahat was first in the 10km (male) marathon, followed by Sheik Nahid as runner-up and Golam Rabbani second runner-up.
Stephanie Chessman was first in the 25km (female) marathon, followed by Nargis Jahan as runner-up and Sadia Akter Rina second runner-up.
Sheha Jannat was first in the 10km (female) marathon, followed by Afsana Halima as runner-up and Rhya Evans second runner-up.
