PRAN-RFL Group, is distributing food items to more than 11 thousand poor families across the country. The organisation has started food distribution in the third phase under ‘Pashe Asi Bangladesh’ programme as a part of its corporate social responsibility during the global epidemic of coronavirus.

In the third phase, the group is providing consumer goods items among 11 thousand families of more than 10 districts of the country including Dhaka, said a press release. Nurul Afser, Head of Corporate Brand at PRAN-RFL Group, said, ‘Under this programme, we are providing food to 60,000 helpless and poor families who have become jobless during the general holidays across the country. We have set up an isolation unit at Amjad Khan Chowdhury Memorial Hospital in Natore to ensure treatment of COVID-19 patients.
