The focal point of all the LafargeHolcim’s community development initiatives is the Community Development Center (CDC), which is situated next to its facility. A primary school, a medical center, and a training facility are all located there. Children can receive free education up to class five at the primary school, while both men and women can receive free medical care and medications at the medical center. Also, six “LafargeHolcim Sub-Centers” have been established in isolated settlements to assist those who are unable to utilize the CDC. More than 26,000 people get the company’s community development services through these centers.
