IDLC published its Annual Sustainability Report 2019, after a Net Revenue reported BDT 3,183 million. The company follows the Global Reporting Index (GRI) Guidelines and has published its 10th Annual Sustainability Report this year. This year, IDLC reported 100% Employee Retention after parental leave, 21,507 training hours, 190,000+ beneficiaries from CSR activities and 635 successful loan disbursements to women entrepreneurs.
