Grameenphone, BRAC launches “Dakche Amar Desh” (My Country is Calling)

Grameenphone and BRAC have launched the 'Dakche Amar Desh' programme to help most vulnerable and affected families amid the Coronavirus pandemic.

The campaign aims to support 50,000 vulnerable families affected by the lockdown during the Coronavirus pandemic by providing emergency food assistance. AB Bank, Aamra Networks, Edison Group, Epyllion Group, Radio Bhumi also joined the initiative to provide aid. Initially, BRAC has supported 200,000 and Grameenphone supported 100,000 families under the ‘Dakche Amar Desh’ initiative. The initiative is also accepting donations and is running advertisements on social media, print and Television.
