Cricketer Mushfiqur Rahim announced as UNICEF National Ambassador for Children’s Rights

To promote children’s rights throughout the country with UNICEF, beloved cricketer Mushfiqur Rahim becomes the National Ambassador for UNICEF Bangladesh

“Child rights and the work of UNICEF are close to my heart, and this is an important opportunity for me to lend my voice. As a cricket player and a father, I will do my best to bring people together to create positive change for children, especially the most vulnerable,” said Mushfiqur Rahim, former captain of the Bangladesh national Cricket Team.

Celebrities from the world of sports, arts and entertainment, including fellow cricket player Shakib Al Hasan, helps UNICEF engage children, the youth, policymakers and the general public in issues regarding children’s safety, rights and wellbeing all over Bangladesh.
