The company recently announced that they exceeded their commitment of donating one million shoes last year, with over 1,007,752 pairs of shoes, along with PPEs, protective gear, food and funds, donated to healthcare workers and frontline volunteers fighting COVID-19 in more than 15 countries across the world. Countries Bata operates in, India, Czech Republic, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Colombia, Italy, Kenya, Zimbabwe, Chile, Peru, Thailand, Malaysia, all received this support over the last year.
